SHIPPING

Time - Anywhere from 6-12 days for most items. Some may take up to 3 weeks.

Tshirts, mugs, etc are printed on demand so processing time includes printing, packing, and shipping estimates. Handcrafted and ready-to-ship items take less time unless they are custom ordered.

All shipping is calculated at checkout. We use a flat shipping rate.

Shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States.

$15 for Canada, Mexico, and the UK.

You will receive a notification once your order is placed and your shipment has gone out! Depending on the quantity within your order you may receive more than one package.

If you have not received your items within 28 days of placing your order please contact us ASAP. Email us anytime at fictivefair@gmail.com for questions or concerns.

 

CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS

We LOVE requests for unique items or custom orders. We create all of our product designs from scratch. It would be an honor to create something to help you live your story!

Send an email to fictivefair@gmail.com with BULK or CUSTOM in the subject line with a detailed request, any inspiration photos, number of items, and sizes. We will return a quote to you within 3 weeks (if not sooner). If we are unable to help you due to time constraints or copyright concerns we will let you know.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please contact us within 3 days to begin processing a return/exchange. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be held in store credit.

NO REFUNDS after 30 days from order placement. We also cannot offer refunds for items that have been washed or worn, stretched or torn.

Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping.

All of that said, we take our product quality and your valuable time seriously. We want to see you wearing and using our products - not frustrated by them! We don't expect any problems but things do happen. Don't hesitate to let us know how we can improve our products or our customer service.
